That Guy Resources Section Copywrite Agreement

In regard to the site www.ThatGuy.com/resources creative submission ("Submission"), I hereby grant to Fleishman Hillard Inc. ("Agency"), its clients, TRICARE and Department of Defense (DoD or "Client"), and their respective subsidiaries, a copyright to the story, poll and quiz questions and/or jokes or other Materials (collectively the "Materials") which I am submitting for the purposes of content for and promotion of the That Guy campaign. I further grant permission for the above named to alter or edit the submission in anyway deemed appropriate.

I hereby release ThatGuy.com from all liability, loss, claims, suits or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Submission, including but not limited to, compensatory, punitive, enhanced, consequential and incidental damages and reasonable attorneys' fees, whether such damages arise under contract, tort or statute.

I am the exclusive owner of the Submission, including all copyrights therein, and this agreement does not in any way conflict with any existing commitments on my part. I further warrant and represent that I have full right to enter into this agreement without violating the legal or equitable rights of any third party.

I agree that I will receive no compensation for my provision of the Materials. I agree that I will indemnify and hold the parties mentioned in the first paragraph harmless from any third party liability arising from my breach of any representation made herein.
